General
- The Terms of Use (PL: Regulamin) describe conditions of usage of services and products provided by Maizel, which is the ownership of FKMM Sp. z o.o., called further the Maizel. Through the term Maizel Content is understood all the content available on the maizel.eu and all the content received from the Maizel via email.
- All the Maizel Content is protected under Polish law. Utilization of the Maizel Content in the commercial purposes such as copying, reproduction, dissemination, over the scope described in the Licence is forbidden.
Licence
- Only a person whose personal data was provided during the registration process is entitled to receive and use the Maizel Content if a person successfully fulfilled the purchase process. Such a person is further named a Customer.
- A Customer is given access to the purchased product through the account on the platform maizel.eu and email address given during the registration process.
- Maizel does not allow multiple persons to use a single account.
- A Customer is entitled to make 5 electronic and paper copies in total of each Report, which copies could be distributed only within a group of people hired in the same legal entity as a Customer who purchased the Report. However, sharing among a group of the same recipients may not be systematic.
